RoboPROF - One-Pass Wood Flooring Profiling and End-Matching
A different production concept that brings complete wood flooring profiling into one machine.
Conventional flooring production typically uses separate machines for long-side profiling and short-side profiling (end-matching), with intermediate material transfers and coordinated setup between machines. RoboPROF integrates both operations into one compact, fully robotic and digitally self-configuring machine designed to complete the full profiling process in a single board pass.

Engineering Grounded in Direct Flooring Production Experience
Deck Art Machines developed its machinery from direct experience in engineered wood flooring manufacturing. That background revealed how material variation, machine setup and the relationship between lamination, profiling and finishing can affect production efficiency and final product quality. Those practical production requirements became the foundation for flooring-specific machinery and integrated systems.
Over the years, the company has delivered machinery across Europe, Australia, Canada and the United States, spanning earlier and current generations. Today’s cold-lamination and finishing platforms are each built on two previous generations.
The company’s flooring profiling experience began with adapting conventional machinery and developing digital control and self-configuring operations to meet real flooring production requirements. Those lessons, combined with first-hand experience of producing engineered wood flooring and using the machinery available on the market, led to RoboPROF - a purpose-built platform developed from the ground up to integrate long-side and short-side profiling in one digitally self-configuring machine.
